You are asking us to completely ignore a theat to the Federation's safety. We simply cannot allow Caldari operations to continue in Black Rise while we are at war. Doing so would allow Heth a great advantage should he decide to take Gallente Prime. That cannot happen. I understand your concern but we simply cannot agree. You ask too much of us. We are not talking about a war simply between your alliance and Strix. This is a war between the Caldari State and Gallente Federations and we will not stand idle while your militia stages invasion fleets in Black Rise.
If we were to cease all operations in Black Rise, we would be easily overrun by your militia. I'm hoping you can understand that.
And I derive no pleasure from this war. I have fought in this war for years. It simply was not so easily seen at the time.
In fact, I have never entered Black Rise yet several of your pilots have attacked me fairly deep within Federation territory. I chose to flee rather than risk my CONCORD status. Low security status makes it very difficult for me to conduct my usual work.

Perhaps you should be pouting at your fellow militamen, who took it upon themselves to first invade Black Rise, prompting us to devastate countless Federation assets, as well as wrest control of a system, no doubt one we helped colonize so long ago, from your Federation's clutches.
I find no fault with their logic. Your colonization of Black Rise in these times of war alone is a threat. We simply cannot allow your kind to occupy space so close to our capital.

No, but Black Rise has become a staging area for invasion fleets heading into Gallente space. That is what I mean about it being a threat.
